PR 4320 Personnel Leave

The Board of Education shall adopt regulations for the following types of leave for District employees:

• Sick Leave

• Personal Leave

• Bereavement Leave

• Leave for Jury Duty

• Military Leave

• Leave of Absence

• Family and Medical Care Leave (See Policy and Regulation 4321.)

• Domestic/Sexual Violence Victim Leave
